Sales Executive
Job Detail
We are looking for energetic Sales Executive to be added in our Sales and Business development team in Dubai, who would help growing the business by recognizing new business prospects by maintaining relationships with the existing clients and develop and maintain new clientele. Business Graduates with at least 2-3 years of Sales and Business Development experience ideally in Digital Agencies, and already based in Dubai, are welcomed to apply.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business Administration or equivalent degree/ high school certification.
At least 3 years of Sales experience in diversified industries.
Tech-savvy, keen to learn new trends and advancements in the IT industry.
Proactive, energetic, confident and must have a can-do attitude.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results. Must be passionate about Sales.
Proficiency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of Arabic or any other foreign language would be a huge plus.
Good expertise in MS Office software and CRM/ Sales Management Software for preparing reports and record maintenance respectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, marketing, convincing and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Establishing new business prospects and maintaining Sales tunnel.
Indulge in various networking activities to connect with professionals that might end up being prospective clients
Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels as well.
Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/services on the phone, by email, and in person.
Setting up meetings with the prospective clients.
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
Regular meetings, follow-ups, and provide necessary support.
Working towards achieving monthly or annual sales targets.
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports, reviewing Sales performance regularly and reporting to the Directors.
Preparing quotes, proposals and contracts, and presenting to and negotiating with the Clients – both in person and virtually.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Participating in sales team meetings.
Maintaining long term, meaningful relationships with existing clients to retain business from them.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Reviewing feedback from clients and implementing necessary changes with the help of internal teams (project and tech teams).
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products/services.
